Daniel J. Swirsky is a licensed Patent Attorney (IL) and Patent Agent (US). Prior to becoming a Patent Professional, Mr. Swirsky enjoyed a career in information technology as a computer and network specialist for Price Waterhouse and Union Bank of Switzerland, and as a IT management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Swirsky specializes in patent drafting and prosecution in the areas of computer hardware and software, networking, and telecommunications. Mr. Swirsky has drafted and/or prosecuted patent applications for companies including IBM, Motorola, 3Com, and Texas Instruments.
