Our Founder
AlphaPatent Associates Ltd. was founded in 1999 by Daniel J. Swirsky,
a licensed Patent Attorney (IL) and Patent Agent (US). Prior to
becoming a Patent Professional, Mr. Swirsky enjoyed a career
in information technology as a computer and network specialist
for Price Waterhouse and Union Bank of Switzerland, and as an
IT management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and McKinsey &
Company.
Mr. Swirsky specializes in patent drafting and prosecution in
the areas of computer hardware and software, computer networking,
and telecommunications. Mr. Swirsky has drafted and/or
prosecuted patent applications for such companies as IBM, Motorola,
3Com, Texas Instruments, and America Online.
